Return Policy
​All products from Jason Holstine Ministries dba The Moveable Church are totally free, including no shipping and handling fees.
Should you receive a product that is damaged, simply contact us for a replacement.  You will be asked to describe the damage so we may prevent it in future mailings.

Your new product will be mailed via U.S.P.S. regular mail (standard shipping) within 15 business days of receiving your notification.

Refund Policy​

It is acceptable policy that donations to charitable organizations are non-refundable.  Before finalizing your donation, please make sure you are ready to release funds without expecting any refund. Upon receipt of funds, we will mail you a letter of acknowledgement for your tax purposes within 30 business days via U.S.P.S. regular mail (standard shipping). You also will receive an annual statement reflecting your total amount given during the year.  Please retain statements for your records.If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us with your concern.
